Freeze Dryers – Lypholizer:

1. Freeze Dryer covers a range of application from multi user centralised laboratory applications, pilot plant determination work etc. It is a free standing, castor mounted unit with a fully accessible cabinet. It is supplied with a powerful double stage vacuum pump. Standard Laboratory model with hermetically sealed reputed make compressor gives temperature upto –40ºC. Condenser trap is provided at nonmagnetic stainless steel dished bottom for complete effluent removal.
2. Refrigerant coils made of copper are heavily insulated for maximum efficiency. Temperature is adjustable upto -40ºC and is maintained automatically by digital temp. controller. Vacuum drum having 22.8 cm dia and 25.4 cm height is made up of non magnetic stainless steel with plexi glass top cover and incorporates 8/12 quick seal valves/ports for manifold drying. Double stage vacuum pump with gas blast giving vacuum 1 x 10-3 torr Module Gauge. Sample port having 12.5 mm outer dia is used. Specially designed temperature indicator to read temperature as low as -40ºC, mounted on front panel. Aesthetically designed cabinet in steel gives a pleasant look.
3. Vacuum indicator Pirani gauge is used. Specially designed temperature indicator to read temperature as below -30 mounted on front panel.Suitable to work on 220 V, 50 Hz Ac supply.
